The house was perfect for our needs. A group of us head south for a week in March to train our dogs! This home was perfect for what we need. Quiet neighborhood with a large fenced in yard, great amenities and stocked with everything you need.

Everything was amazing… communication with everyone was great.. House was perfect for us!

Home was clean, well furnished and utensils, appliances, dishes, pots and pans were top notch. Could not have asked for a better experience. Pictures are a true representation of the home.

My family came to Houlton to visit family and while there’s not a whole lot to do in the small town, we felt right at home while staying in the house. It snowed while we were there and my Florida kids were loving having the whole backyard to run around and play in it. The home was well equipped with everything we could think of. Coffee and hot cocoa for those chilly mornings, nice big beds and a great assortment of games for family game night. The beds are a bit firm for my liking but we all still slept well. There were also plenty of blankets to keep us warm. Even though we still brought our own toiletries, there was plenty stocked up there in case we forgot. The home was updated beautifully and we felt very comfortable staying there. We also got to visit some family in New Brunswick and the drive over to Canada was easy. We will definitely keep this home on our list when planning future visits to see family here. Thank you for thinking of everything and making us feel at home!

This property is in excellence condition inside and out. Everything works perfectly, and is in neat condition, everything looks and works like new. You will have all you need and more. Has a lot of room and can accommodate a big family or group with private rooms. I highly recommend this property and the host was always responsive. I look forward to stay at this house in a near future. Congrats!

This was the perfect place to stay in Houlton. We come up often to visit family, this will be the place we book from now on. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed while in town. Plenty of cookware to stay at home for meals. We didn't run out of any supplies while here. This was the perfect stay. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this stay. We wish every place we stayed was like this. Perfect.

This is a gorgeous house inside and out. Very clean inside and well kept. We were in town for a wedding and this was a great place for our group. Would definintely book here again if we are back in town!

This property is private with at-home amenities you’d expect in a nice home in a warm neighborhood. We stayed for a golf weekend and loved it. Would return.

Amazing!! House was very clean and organized,easy to find everything! Well stocked, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, linens, cleaning supplies! Great coffee bar!! Very homey and comfortable!! I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Spotless. Exceeded our expectations. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Lots of thoughtful touches. Bluetooth speakers throughout. Good tech in the bathrooms and kitchen. Just a pleasure to stay there.

I can't recommend this property enough, particularly for a group or family. The kitchen is well appointed for any type of meal preparation. The living room, dining room and bedrooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Having a downstairs bedroom is a bonus when traveling with an older person. The property is in an ideal location while spending time in Presque Isle, Easton, Fort Fairfield, etc. We have stayed at this property on two occasions, and look forward to future visits!

This house was the perfect place for my family stay for my son’s graduation from UMPI college in May 2025. Close to school & airport. Property is well maintained and very clean, easy check-in/checkout. Communication with property manager was excellent. Highly recommend !

We were very pleased with our stay at this Airbnb in Presque Isle. It definitely felt like our home-away-from-home while we were in the area for a long weekend for a family gathering. The photos and info on the website accurately depicted the house. The house was clean, well-appointed with comfortable furniture, updated kitchen and bathroom, comfortable king-size beds, plenty of towels, and extra hangers in the closets. The kitchen had coffee provided, which was much appreciated! The house is located in a convenient location. We enjoyed walking into town for the Farmers Market and to a couple nice restaurants and shops. We had a good experience communicating with the Evolve hosts online. They responded promptly and were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this Airbnb property and would stay there again when we're in Presque Isle.

Absolutely a wonderful property. We are a very large family spending Christmas in Maine with extended family. It was amazing to find such a great property so close that we could be minutes from all our family’s holiday events, dinners, and festivities. The house was very clean, well stocked, and furnished.

This home was wonderful! It was perfect and spacious, and stocked with boards games, books, and cards for the entire family. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and there was more than enough toiletries, linens, and towels. The view is beautiful. It is a quiet neighborhood and there were very few restaurants and activities besides the lake. We highly recommend this home for a family vacation!

Nice, large, comfortable house with obvious attention towards making it comfortable for guests. It is located right across the main street from Eagle Lake. During the winter, there is easy access to the snowmobile trails that are west of the house. Never did find the best access to the lake to access the trails to the east but we made do. We were there on a snowy and cold weekend - they had the uphill driveway well maintained and there is plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay and it’s a great place for larger groups.

We loved this home. There are beautiful views of Eagle Lake. There were 10 people, all family, who slept at the house. We had 6 other family members join us for dinner on Christmas. We were all comfortable in the beautiful space. We met or spoke with the caretaker and the local manager; both were helpful and friendly. They both asked if there was anything they could do to improve the stay. We highly recommend this place for large groups.

We stayed here with some friends for a wedding in Mars Hill and we really enjoyed our stay here. The place was updated, clean, had a lot of great amenities and was spacious enough to fit all of us without it feeling crowded.

The house was fantastic. Plenty of room. The bedding was all new and bathrooms had extra towels. Garage was a great bonus. Would 100% stay here in the future.

Perfect place to stay! We are so glad we found this! House had plenty of space for everyone that came with us. Came with all of the amenities that were listed & more. Very clean and everything we needed was easy to locate. We loved having garage access to keep our cars clear from the snow during the storms we had. Plow company takes care of all the snow. House is also handicap accessible as it has a full ramp in the garage, main floor bedroom, and handle to step into the shower. We will definitely be booking here again next year for our annual trip!

We had a great week of quality family time, plenty of space, lots of cookware and comfortable places to relax in the home! My kids thoroughly enjoyed playing in the snow in the yard and the garage was a big plus!
